Propylene prices surge in Western markets

In S E Asian countries, Propylene prices were stable at US$ 1385/ton. In Korea, prices were steady at US$ 1445/ton, while they declined by US$ 15/ton in Japan and were assessed at US$ 1420/ton. In the Chinese market, prices were quoted at US$ 1500/ton.
In Western markets, Propylene prices surged by € 5/ton. In the N W European domestic market, prices were quoted at € 1130/ton, and deals mainly concluded in the range of € 1120/ton to € 1140/ton. In the U.S.A. market, selling offers were stable at 64.00 cents/pound.
Acrylonitrile prices stayed steady in Asian markets. In S E and F E Asian countries, prices were offered at US$ 1860/ton.
In the Chinese domestic market, prices of ASF and Acrylic Tops remained steady at RMB 16900/ton and RMB 17550/ton, respectively.
