Johnson Controls announces dividend of $0.22/share

The board of directors of Johnson Controls, Inc., a global multi industrial company with established core businesses in the automotive, building and energy storage industries, has authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share.
The dividend is payable April 2, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2014.
