R+F to show turbo chromium coated spinning rings at ITMA

During the upcoming ITMA Asia and CITME 2014 in Shanghai R+F will show the latest generation of TURBO chromium coated rings and AVUS ring travellers as well as enhanced J- and Nylon travellers.

-TURBO rings in K2 profile available in flange 1 and ½ offer simplified running-in and stable running performance even under extreme spinning conditions with lack of lubrication. This interesting feature makes TURBO rings most suitable for spinning with highest spindle speeds and for critical spinning conditions like Compact and Siro-Compact spinning. Since their launch into the market in 2007 more than 12 Million installed TURBO rings contribute to the success of the end-users all over the world.

-The special feature of AVUS travellers is their ability to quickly develop a matching contact area with the spinning ring. This effectively avoids increased fly-offs when fitting fresh travellers on the rings. The current innovation is a significant improvement of the surface quality directly in contact with the yarn. The so achieved reduced friction leads to very good performance of the AVUS travellers on fine and sensitive yarns.

-The new generation of J-travellers includes further improvements of the running performance and allows prolonging the traveller service life-time. The improvements are es-pecially confirmed on fine counts and on yarns spun from sensitive fibre materials.

-For the processing of glass fibres R+F is introducing the newly developed series of horizon-tal travellers for twisting of fine fibre-glass filaments on rings in the height of 4.8 mm.
