Labelexpo Americas, the industry’s premier trade show for label and package printing in North and South America is expecting a 10% increase in its show floor size as it celebrates its 25th anniversary.

Currently over 95% of the total exhibition floor is already sold and the exhibition’s footprint is on track to cover 194,000sqft; up from 185,000sqft in 2012.

Returning to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Rosemont, Chicago, between 9-11 September, Labelexpo Americas will feature over 400 exhibitors including 62 exhibiting for the first time. Many big name exhibitors have significantly increased their presence at the event.

HP’s Indigo Division is Labelexpo Americas’ largest show exhibitor, taking a booth that covers 8,500 sq ft – one of the biggest ever exhibition stand sizes in the show’s long history. HP Indigo will use the exhibition to showcase its comprehensive portfolio of end-to-end solutions for label, folding carton and flexible packaging converting solutions. Other exhibitors who have enlarged their booths include AB Graphic International, Epson, Karlville Development and Screen USA.

“Labelexpo Americas is a strategic platform to interact with customers, partners and brands in the key segments of labels, folding cartons and flexible packaging,” said Yogev Barak, Director of Current Business, HP Indigo. “HP is driving the digital transformation of these markets with a full portfolio of solutions that help converters diversify their business models and reach new customers.”

Lisa Milburn, managing director of the Labelexpo Global Series commented: “Labelexpo Americas is undeniably a key vehicle and highlight of the year for our exhibitors. Enabling them to tap into the rapid growth opportunities offered by this resilient specialist and niche market sector, there is nowhere better to allow them to launch and demonstrate new products and network with high quality, influential visitors.

“Comprising the latest industry developments alongside the newest technological innovations and solutions, Labelexpo Americas 2014 will again be the most compelling event on the label and package printing sector’s calendar.”
