Textile machinery maker Voltas to market Elgi compressors

Elgi Equipments has signed a partnership with textile machinery manufacturer Voltas Limited for selling Elgi air compressors and accessories to the Indian textile sector.

Elgi, Asia’s biggest manufacturer of compressors, offers a complete range of compressed air solutions including oil-lubricated and oil-free rotary screw compressors, centrifugal compressors, dryers, filters and downstream accessories.

Voltas, a technology provider for the Indian textile industry, offers world-class products, meeting diverse customer needs and has a pan-India presence through its network of 16 branches and over 300 textile engineers.

“At Elgi we are excited about this partnership. Our best-in-efficiency class machines will now be backed by the best organisation in terms of reach and service,” said Dr Jairam Varadaraj, MD at Elgi Equipments Ltd.

Voltas is India’s leading solutions provider for the textile industry, offering world-class products meeting diverse customer needs. Voltas has a pan-India presence through its network of 16 branches and over 300 textile engineers.
