Poor support pulls down Asian MEG prices this week

MEG prices declined in Asian market this week due to weaker feedstock prices coupled with poor support from downstream market.
During this week ending Sept 5, average Asian selling offers for MEG fell 0.51% from last week ending Aug 29 in India.
Indian MEG prices were quoted in the range of US$ 975/ton to US$ 985/ton as compared to US$ 975-990/ton in its previous week.
In the Chinese market, MEG selling offers too went down and were assessed in the range of US$ 970/ton to US$ 980/ton against US$ 975-990/ton last week.
During this week ending Sept 5, average Asian selling offers for MEG fell 0.51% from last week ending Aug 29 in India.
