Asian MEG trends dip this week from soaring inventory

Weak buying sentiments, soaring inventory levels along with weak upstream prices pushed down Asian MEG prices this week.
During this week ending Sept 12, average selling offers for MEG declined by 3.08% in India as compared to the earlier week ending Sept 6 and were assessed in the range of US$ 945/ton to US$ 950/ton against US$ 975-980/ton in the previous week.
In the Chinese market, selling offers for MEG went down this week and were quoted in the range of US$ 940/ton to US$ 945/ton as compared to US$ 965-970/ton in its previous week.
