Propylene prices up in Europe & down in US this week

Propylene prices showed upward trend this week in Europe and went up mainly due to tight product availability in the region.
Propylene prices were assessed at € 1050/ton on Tuesday, higher by € 10/ton as compared to the assessed levels on Monday and remained stable at this level on Wednesday.
Prices in US opened at 75.50 cents/pound this week and went down on Wednesday by 0.50 cents/pound and were offered at 75.00 cents/pound.
US propylene prices went down mainly due to lower upstream energy prices.
