US & Europe ethylene prices flare from low availability

Ethylene prices went up in Europe & US on Tuesday (7th Oct) due to tight product availability in the region.
In Europe, prices shot up by US$ 55/ton or 4.91 percent and were assessed at US$ 1175/ton on 7th Oct as compared to 6th Oct.
In US too, ethylene prices rose and were offered in the range of 68.50-69.00 cents/gallon on Tuesday, up from 66.00-66.50 cents/gallon on Monday.
In Europe, prices shot up by US$ 55/ton or 4.91 percent and were assessed at US$ 1175/ton on 7th Oct as compared to 6th Oct.
