Weak upstream prices on Wed drive down Asian PTA prices

Weak upstream product prices on Wednesday, 5th Nov drove down Asian PTA prices.
In F E Asia, prices went down by US$ 15/ton or 1.99 percent and were assessed at US$ 740/ton on Wednesday, as compared to Tuesday (4th Nov).
In the S E Asian market, PTA prices also declined by US$ 15/ton and were offered at US$ 765/ton on 5th Nov, down 1.92 percent from 4th Nov.
In India too, PTA trends fell by US$ 15/ton and were quoted at US$ 770/ton on Wednesday, as compared to Tuesday, a decrease of 1.91 percent.
