Benzene prices pulled down in Europe yesterday (12th Nov) due to lower upstream energy prices coupled with poor downstream demand along with fall in downstream product prices in the region.
Bearish benzene prices in Asia and US supported the price decline.
European benzene prices were assessed at US$ 1025/ton on Wednesday, lower by US$ 40/ton or 3.76% as compared to prices on Tuesday.
