Ethylene falls steeply in US but rises in Europe last week

Ethylene prices were up in Europe in the last week ending Nov 15 from tight product availability, while they fell down steeply in the US, due to weak product demand.
In Europe, average prices ascended by US$ 10/ton and were quoted at US$ 1190/ton last week, an increase of 0.85 per cent as against its previous week.
In the US region, average ethylene prices declined massively by 5 cents/pound or 9.09 per cent and were assessed at 50 cents/pound last week, as compared to its previous week.
