Asian PTA prices slip from weak demand on Dec 12

In the Asian market, selling offers for PTA slipped on Friday (Dec 12) due to softer upstream energy values coupled with weakening downstream demand.
Selling offers for PTA went down by 0.67 per cent in F E Asian market and were offered in the range of US$ 765/ton to US$ 770/ton.
In the S E Asian market, selling offers for PTA declined by 1.43 per cent and were assessed in the range of US$ 685/ton to US$ 690/ton.
