During this week ending Dec 12, benzene prices showed weak appearance in Asia and prices slipped due to bearish demand from the downstream market.
Weak trends recorded in the previous week in the US as well as European markets too contributed to the downtrend.
In the F E Asian and S E Asian markets, benzene prices were witnessed in the range of US$ 750/ton to US$ 760/ton during this week.
