Asian benzene prices plunge from sluggish demand this week

Asian benzene prices plunge this week ending Jan 30 from sluggish downstream demand in the region.
In Korea, prices which were at US$ 645/ton on Monday, declined by 6.98 per cent during the week and were quoted at US$ 600/ton on Friday (Jan 30).
In Japan, prices which were at US$ 650/ton on Monday, dipped by 6.92 per cent through the week and were assessed at US$ 605/ton on Jan 30.
In India, prices showed similar trend and were offered at US$ 610/ton on Friday, lower by 5.43 per cent as compared to the prices on Tuesday.
In Korea, prices which were at US$ 645/ton on Monday, declined by 6.98 per cent during the week and were quoted at US$ 600/ton on Friday (Jan 30).
In Japan, prices which were at US$ 650/ton on Monday, dipped by 6.92 per cent through the week and were assessed at US$ 605/ton on Jan 30.
In India, prices showed similar trend and were offered at US$ 610/ton on Friday, lower by 5.43 per cent as compared to the prices on Tuesday.
