Asian MEG prices witness mixed trends this week

Asian MEG prices showed mixed trends during the current week ending Jan 30.
MEG prices in India were assessed at US$ 740/ton on Tuesday, which went up by US$ 20/ton on Wednesday to US$ 760/ton and stayed stable at that level on Thursday.
They went down by US$ 15/ton on Friday to US$ 745/ton due to lower prices of upstream products in the region.
In China, prices showed an upward trend during the current week due to strong market sentiments.
On Monday, prices which were quoted in the range of US$ 725-730/ton, increased to US$ 750-755/ton on Friday.
