PX prices down in Europe but up in US last week

PX prices declined in Europe in the last week ending Jan 30 due to poor downstream product demand in the region.
In Europe, average prices reduced by US$ 15/ton or 2.14 per cent and were quoted at US$ 685 per ton last week, as compared to its previous week.
In US, due to lift in buying interest, average prices rose by 5/ton and were quoted at US$ 720/ton last week, up 0.70 per cent from its previous week.
