Asian benzene prices dip last week from weak demand

Benzene prices dipped in Asia in the last week ending Jan 30 from weak product demand in the region.
In Korea, average prices went down by US$ 5/ton or 0.80 per cent and were quoted at US$ 620/ton last week, as compared to its previous week.
In Japan, average prices also dropped by US$ 5/ton and were assessed at US$ 625/ton last week, down 0.79 per cent from its previous week.
In India too, average prices slipped by US$ 5/ton and were offered at US$ 630/ton last week as against its previous week, a decrease of 0.79 per cent.
