Asian benzene price mounts last week from gain in upstream

Asian benzene prices mounted in the last week from gain in upstream energy prices in the region.
In Korea, average prices grew by US$ 30/ton or 4.84 per cent and were quoted at US$ 650/ton last week, as compared to its previous week.
In Japan, average prices rose by US$ 30/ton and were assessed at US$ 655/ton last week, up 4.80 per cent as against its previous week.
In India too, average prices climbed up by US$ 30/ton and were offered at US$ 660/ton last week from its previous week, an increase of 4.76 per cent.
