Ethylene prices steady in US but up in Europe last week

In the last week ending Feb 20, due to correction in feedstock prices, ethylene prices kept steady in the US, while they were up in Europe from optimistic market fundamentals.
In the US market, average ethylene prices were stable at 35 cents/pound last week, as compared to its previous week.
In Europe, average prices surged by US$ 60/ton or 7.23 per cent and were quoted at US$ 890/ton last week as against its previous week.
