Strong sentiments lift Asian PTA prices last week

Strong market sentiments led to Asian PTA prices lifting in the last week ending March 6.
In FE Asia, average prices went up by US$ 35/ton or 5.74 per cent and were assessed at US$ 645/ton last week, as compared to its previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices grew by US$ 30/ton and were quoted at US$ 665/ton last week, up 4.72 per cent as against its previous week.
In India too, average prices rose by US$ 35/ton and were offered at US$ 680/ton last week, an increase of 5.43 percent from its previous week.
In China also, average prices shot up by US$ 40/ton or 6.61 per cent from its previous week and were spotted at US$ 645/ton last week.
