DWI inks licensing deal with kate spade new york

DWI Holdings Inc., a subsidiary of Himatsingka Seide Ltd, has inked global licensing deal for the design, development and distribution of kate spade new york bedding and bath collections through 2020.
According to a DWI press release, through this partnership, DWI Holdings will offer a unique assortment of bed and bath products through its extensive distribution network.
DWI Holdings will launch its first collection during the upcoming March market week at its showrooms in New York.

He added, "The timeless designs from kate spade new York, add both function and fun to our portfolio. And it is a brand that continues to experience growth and we believe has substantial long term potential for us."

Dwi Holdings Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of Himatsingka Seide Ltd, which is a vertically integrated home textile major with a global footprint.
