NE Asian ethylene prices up on Mon from tight availability

Ethylene prices went up in NE Asia on Monday (March 23) from tight product availability in the region and increase in upstream energy prices.
In NE Asia, prices were witnessed at US$ 1170/ton on Monday, higher by US$ 10/ton as compared to prices seen at end of last week.
However, prices remained stable on March 23 in Korea, Japan and SE Asia at US$ 1125/ton, US$ 1120/ton and US$ 1270/ton, respectively.
