New-Delhi based Seasons Textiles Limited has appointed a woman – Neelam Wadhwa – as additional director on the Board of the company.
“Wadhwa has been appointed as additional director on the Board of the Company followed by the recommendation received from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Directors,” Season Textiles informed the BSE.
