Upstream product price rise leads to Asian PTA hike on Wed

Rise in prices of upstream products and other polyester feedstock led to PTA prices going up in Asia on Wednesday (April 8).
In FE Asia, prices were assessed at US$ 650/ton on Wednesday, higher by US$ 5/ton or 0.8 per cent as compared to prices on Tuesday (April 7).
In SE Asia, prices were witnessed at US$ 675/ton on April 8, up by US$ 5/ton as against prices on April 7.
In India, prices were spotted at US$ 680/ton on Wednesday, also higher by US$ 5/ton from prices on Tuesday.
In FE Asia, prices were assessed at US$ 650/ton on Wednesday, higher by US$ 5/ton or 0.8 per cent as compared to prices on Tuesday (April 7).
