Higher polyester feedstock price propels Asian PTA on Mon

Higher prices of other polyester feedstock and upstream products propelled Asian PTA prices on Monday (May 4).
In FE Asia, prices were witnessed at US$ 760/ton on Monday, higher by US$ 25/ton as compared to prices at end of last week.
In SE Asia and India, prices were assessed at US$ 785/ton on May 4, up by US$ 25/ton as against prices seen towards end of the previous week.
