Asian PTA prices drop on May 27

Asian PTA prices dropped on Wednesday (May 27) from fall in other polyester feedstock prices.
In FE Asia, prices were assessed at US$ 705/ton on Wednesday, lower by US$ 40/ton or 4.7 per cent as compared to prices on Tuesday (May 26).
In SE Asia, prices were witnessed at US$ 720/ton, down by US$ 35/ton or 4.6 per cent as against prices on May 26.
In India, prices were spotted at US$ 735/ton on Wednesday, also lower by US$ 35/ton or 4.5 per cent from prices on Tuesday.
In FE Asia, prices were assessed at US$ 705/ton on Wednesday, lower by US$ 40/ton or 4.7 per cent as compared to prices on Tuesday (May 26).
In SE Asia, prices were witnessed at US$ 720/ton, down by US$ 35/ton or 4.6 per cent as against prices on May 26.
In India, prices were spotted at US$ 735/ton on Wednesday, also lower by US$ 35/ton or 4.5 per cent from prices on Tuesday.
