Asian benzene rises on June 8 from higher upstream prices

Benzene prices rose in Asia on Monday (June 8) from higher upstream product prices and downstream product prices.
In Korea, prices were spotted at US$ 780/ton, higher by US$ 10/ton as compared to prices at end of last week.
In Japan, prices were assessed at US$ 785/ton, up by US$ 10/ton as against prices seen towards end of the previous week.
In India, prices were assessed at US$ 790/ton, also higher by US$ 10/ton from prices witnessed at the end of last week.
In Korea, prices were spotted at US$ 780/ton, higher by US$ 10/ton as compared to prices at end of last week.
In Japan, prices were assessed at US$ 785/ton, up by US$ 10/ton as against prices seen towards end of the previous week.
In India, prices were assessed at US$ 790/ton, also higher by US$ 10/ton from prices witnessed at the end of last week.
