Benzene prices mount in Europe & US last week

Benzene prices mounted in Europe & US in the last week ended June 19 due to gain in upstream product prices in the region.
In Europe, average prices rose by US$ 10/ton or 1.16 per cent and were quoted at US$ 870/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.
In US, average prices went up by 10 cents/gallon and were assessed at 275 cents/gallon in the last week, up 3.77 per cent as against its previous week.
