Bearish trends drive down Asian PTA prices last week

Bearish buying trends in the region drove down Asian PTA prices in the last week ended July 3.
In FE Asia, average prices dropped by US$ 10/ton or 1.38 per cent and were assessed at US$ 715/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices dipped by US$ 10/ton and were quoted at US$ 735/ton in the last week, down 1.34 per cent from its previous week.
In India, average prices descended by US$ 10/ton and were spotted at US$ 745/ton in the last week, a decrease of 1.32 per cent as against its previous week.
In China, average prices decreased by US$ 10/ton or 1.38 per cent from its previous week and were offered at US$ 715/ton in the last week.
