Poor demand pulls down Asian MEG prices on July 13

Poor downstream demand, decline in other polyester feedstock prices and lower upstream product prices pulled down Asian MEG prices on Monday (July 13).
In India, prices were assessed at US$ 865/ton, lower by US$ 20/ton or 2.26 per cent as compared to prices at the end of last week.
In China, prices were spotted at US$ 860/ton, down by US$ 20/ton as against prices seen towards end of previous week.
