Asian benzene rises on Aug 27 from hike in upstream prices

Benzene prices rose in Asia on Thursday (Aug 27) from increase in upstream product prices and downstream product prices in the region along with hike in demand.
In Korea, prices were spotted at US$ 550/ton, higher by US$ 10/ton as compared to prices on Wednesday (Aug 26).
In Japan, prices were offered at US$ 555/ton, up by US$ 10/ton as against prices on Aug 26.
In India, prices were assessed at US$ 560/ton, also higher by US$ 10/ton vis-à-vis prices on Wednesday.
In Korea, prices were spotted at US$ 550/ton, higher by US$ 10/ton as compared to prices on Wednesday (Aug 26).
In Japan, prices were offered at US$ 555/ton, up by US$ 10/ton as against prices on Aug 26.
In India, prices were assessed at US$ 560/ton, also higher by US$ 10/ton vis-à-vis prices on Wednesday.
