D&PL to discuss financial results on July 6

Leading cotton planting producer and marketer Delta and Pine Land Company announced it will release its operating results for its third quarter ended May 31, 2005, on Wednesday, July 6, 2005, before the market opens.

D&PL will conduct a conference call at 10:00 a.m. central time the same day to discuss the results. The call will also be webcast at www.vcall.com and will be available for 90 days.

Participants should dial in five to ten minutes before the call is to begin. Tom Jagodinski, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Rick Greene, Vice President-Finance and Treasurer, will host the call.
