Footwear sector seeks unity against EU anti-dumping

Up to now, no one can accurately speak out in the end the number of Chinese enterprises involved in this antidumping case.
According to the Customs, the widely mentioned number is 1200 companies, which is obviously not exact.
'Responding Union to EU's Anti-dumping on Shoes', including more than 180 enterprises, has really played a role in the case. The Coalition has raised sufficient funds to hire lawyers and accountants. They collected a great deal of information to provide 'no harm defenses' again. They went to the EU to attend relevant hearings.
A staff of the China Leather Association said, 'Responding to the EU is very important. The preliminary anti-dumping tax rate reduced from 19.4 percent to 16.5 percent, and their work made a great contribution to that.'
