India and Finland will seek cooperation in key sectors and sign agreement during the four-day visit of Finland President on January 20, 2007.
President Tarja Halonen will take part in Delhi Sustainable Development Summit and her main focus will be to establish Indian-Finnish economic relations.
She will be accompanied by Minister of Trade and Industry Mauri Pekkarinen and top business leaders.
According to sources, Finland will seek corporation in key sectors like Information Technology, textiles and handicrafts.
In 2004-2005, exports to Finland rose to 31 percent and imports increased 43 percent, sources added.
