Beijing Olympics & Adidas launch design competition

The Chinese Olympic Committee, the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and Committee sports apparel partner Adidas held a joint press briefing conference in the State General Administration of Sport to announce the launch of design competition event for national sports delegation when receiving awards in Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
This is the first open-to-all design program of the award assembly for Chinese sports delegation of Olympic Games.
In the past, the Olympic delegation's garment for the award ceremony used to designed and decided by the experts organized by the Chinese Olympic Committee
However, taking into account the special significance of the garment for award ceremony in 2008 Olympic Games, the Chinese Olympic Committee and its partner Adidas decided to set off an open assembly to the world, letting worldwide Chinese have the opportunity to participate in, experience and share the spirit of the Olympic Games.
