Although textile exports to Bulgaria and Romania soar in 2006, exports will decrease this year after both the countries became members of EU.
Even Government has asked for temporary export license and to carry out declaration and clearance procedures.
However, some of textile units are of the opinion that it will not affect exports because of quota surplus of previous year and 80 percent clearance rate of EU.
