CPH Vision breaks all record

13
Feb '07
Hords of people at fair and by the catwalk… CPH Vision broke all records and passed 30.000 visitors with an increase of 12%. Once again the foreigners made up the majority of the visitors representing 53% of the total number.

Not surprisingly especially the Germans represented a big part of the increase with an almost double number of visitors. Below are the top 10 visiting countries:

1. Sweden (5.849)
2. Germany (3.097)
3. Norway (2.295)
4. Netherlands (1.123)
5. United Kingdom (475)
6. Finland (440)
7. Italy (390)
8. Belgium (267)
9. Iceland (247)
10. Switzerland (204)

CPH Vision's autumn-winter fair 2007 is over and Halmtorvet is getting back to normal without the marquees, screens, banners and loud music. We had a marvellous time; the atmosphere carries you along with the energy flow no matter whether you're selling tickets, writing orders, brewing coffee, taking photographs, writing or selling and displaying.

The international journalists were delighted to be back in Copenhagen - many of them with rolling suitcases in tow and countless take-offs and landings throughout Europe in evidence on their luggage. CPH Vision has become one of their home bases.

They relax and enjoy themselves and several commented that the stands were even better quality. Men's clothing took a leap forward with lots of new designs and exciting detailing in sportswear, streetwear and in the classic gents' look. And in streetwear and designwear for women, the Scandinavian designers displayed many attractively different details and beautiful designs in a new, simpler and more elegant look.
