The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) has determined that thewoven 2-way stretch fabric as described above is not available in commercial quantities in the US-DR-CAFTA region. The subject product will be added to the Annex 3.25 list, effective from date of publication in the Federal Register.
