Budget is not good for leather industry. It will further increase prices in the market, said Anil Agrawal, Director, Finance, Super House.

Although it has given certain facilities to the textile industries such as improvement in the infrastructure, it has not been provided to leather industries.

Indian economy is growing because of natural growth and not because of budget.

No efforts and measures have been taken by the Government for the leather industry. It is not a progressive budget.

Relief should have been provided to indivisuals and industries of all sectors.

Due to additional educational tax there will be increase of corporate tax.

Changes are required in leather industry such as improvement in industrial estate.

Leather industry is expanding and business will increase due to industries's own efforts and not because of budget.

European countries have put antidumping duties on china and Vietnam from products such as shoes and purses.

They are in search of suppliers with good infrastructure and India is one of them.
