Breather in germination standards of cotton seed

Government revealed recently that a one-time relaxation in germination standards of cotton seed will be provided for the next Kharif crop.
Punjab Seed Corporation and Federal Seed Certification Department (FSCD) had proposed this move and after careful analysis Government approved the relaxation.
Certified and approved and the seed companies have been granted five percent concession in germination.
