'Kunst-Kleider-Kunst' ('Art-Clothing-Art') will be presented by the couturier Rosemarie Bühler with the support of the Cologne Galerie Smend. The artist describes her aproach to cuts, fabrics and colours: “3-dimensionality, movement and colour structure are the three components that make up my work. Metamorphosis is a fundamental idea.” And the exhibits?

Tutto GmbH will also run appealing and original shows. These will include the latest knitting creations of well-known designers à la Hundertwasser, the Rain Forest children's fashion show and 'Sock Circus' with acrobatics, juggling and trapeze performances. More than 40 artists – clad in knitting from tip to toe – will be taking part. And even a knitting song will celebrate its release just in time for the h&h jubilee.

The trade can look forward to 'Felt Fashion' by students from the Antwerpen Fashion Academy, 'Needle Work Design' by the Trier Fashion Design College, the stitch presentation 'French Knot, Spider, Rising Cup …' as well as 'Lace – the past and the present' by the Deutscher Klöppelverband e.V. (German lace making association).

Further crowd-pullers will be the 'Big Trend Fashion Show' organised by the member companies of Initiative Handarbeit e.V. and the second 'German Speed Knitting Championships' with Miriam Tegels, supported by HobbyArt (bit-Verlag) Pony Needles and Scheepjeswol.
