Fashion Camp NYC brings fashion to life for Manhattan teens

Fashion Camp NYC is thrilled to announce its New York City debut in August, 2007. Conveniently located in the American Conference Center in midtown Manhattan, the camp provides a five-day long program for teens ages 14-18. Fashion Camp NYC offers fashion-related classes and activities taught and led by renowned fashion professionals, as well as hands-on design projects.
Fashion Camp NYC faculty is made up of fashion industry executives from renowned companies such as Coach, Victoria's Secret, American Eagle, Tommy Hilfiger and Cole Haan, just to name a few. Campers will be taught by, have their projects reviewed by, and be able to meet and network with the entire faculty.
"We are excited to offer hands on industry experience to teens and give them access to heavy hitters in the fashion industry." said Gordon Josey, Director of Fashion Camp NYC.
Fashion Camp NYC is the creation of husband and wife Gordon Josey and Fran Della Badia. Gordon, who has over fifteen years of experience in the summer camp industry as an owner and director, serves as Fashion Camp NYC's director.
Fran, who works full-time in the fashion industry as a Vice President of Merchandising at Coach in New York City, serves as Fashion Camp NYC's Program Coordinator.
