Development of reliable brands crucial for textiles

In fact, although having become the world's powerful processing country, China is still weak in brands. In recent years, trade frictions show that textile and garment industries must shift from low-end to high-end in the international production chain. Dependency should be on China's own research and own brands and must create reliable brands truly welcomed by consumers.
Some experts pointed out that brand building is a long process, which could be divided into several steps. The industry should first create regional brands, then national brands, and finally world brands, gradually realizing 'Made-by-China' from 'Made-in-China' through independent innovation.
