ITAC kicks off with four workshops

The first day of the 5th ITAC 2007 was very well received. The event started with two consecutive workshop sessions on various operation topics concerning the textile and apparel industry. Four workshops were conducted on day one of the congress through a joint effort of Technopak and select Industry experts, representing the 'best practice' example and experience on the concerned subject.

The workshops were as below:
1. The Role of the Vendor in the Customer's Product Development Process

2. Building Long Term Strategic Relations with the Buyers

4. Understanding the Importance of Product Development
Mr. Giuseppe Miroglio, President, Miroglio Group, Italy
Mr. Luv Jasuja, Senior Consultant, Technopak

With a total attendance of close to 60 – 70 people from some of the top industry names like Jones Apparel, Giordano, Epic Group, KSA, Madura Garments, Nano Tex, Arvind Mills, William E Connor, SAP, Attune Consulting, Gini & Jony, Impulse, USI etc the workshops turned out to be more of interactive sessions than just speaking sessions.
