Interior fabrics producer Interface declares regular qtly dividend

Interface Inc, a worldwide floorcoverings and fabrics company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share payable May 25, 2007 to shareholders of record as of May 11, 2007.
