But Boris Fomin told that with the immediate realization of implementation of the protocol, which has been signed after long discussions, positive developments will emerge.
Ismail Gülle President of ITHIB told at the ceremony that both countries accorded in a relatively wide area. Further he stated, “Russia is a very important business partner for us. We have an export about US $483 million. Therefore, this agreement is a milestone for the development of the export."
The Russian Union of Textile and Light Industry Entrepreneurs and the Istanbul Textile and Apparel Exporters Associations (to be referred to hereafter as the “Parties”) have reached agreement on following issues:
• Conduct joint ventures and activities to increase sectoral foreign trade between both countries
• Encourage the organization of symposiums, seminars and briefing meetings between Russian and Turkish representatives with a view to bringing the sectors of both countries closer
• Take measures to ensure sharing of sector related scientific and technological information
• Mutually share socio-economic developments in the countries and take measures to ensure information flow
• Share mutually sector-related developments in the countries with respect to laws, decrees, legislation and draft issue and take measures to ensure information flow
• Share developments arising in relation to customs, logistics, procurement chains issues andtake measures to ensure information flow
