ACIMIT'S digital technological handbook in Arabic language

Paolo Banfi, ACIMIT's President, while presenting the handbook pointed out that the Association “maintains since several years close relations with the institutions in charge of research and professional formation, with a view to intensify the relationships already existing with the universities and the research institutes."

"It is in this perspective," Banfi added, "that ACIMIT's digital technological handbook in Arabic language has been conceived. It is an information and formation instrument on the Italian technology applied to the textile world, which we hope can be of help for tomorrow's managers and technicians in the course of their formation path."

Gianluigi Liberati, Area Manager for Instrumental Goods, Technology and Services at ICE in Rome, emphasized the fact that "the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade attaches great importance to such undertakings, as they are aimed at the formation of foreign operators who will be put thus in a position to appreciate the high quality level of the 'Made in Italy' machines."

The presentation of the handbook offered also the opportunity for meeting together the representatives of the foreign universities and the bodies and institutes in charge with research and professional formation within the Italian textile sector.

In fact the event was attended by exponents of Città Studi (in Biella), Politecnico di Torino (Turin) and Tessile e Salute; moreover the foreign professors could subsequently visit some major Italian institutions as Centrocot (Busto Arsizio) and Università di Dalmine (Dalmine).
