Nuohua Co starts operations at automatic clothing line

May '07
Nuohua Company formally started operations of the first automatic clothing production line of Zhejiang province on May 21, 2007.

Clothing and all parts and accessories of garments produced here will be automatically transported to the finish product platform. Clothing output is expected to double.

Company has been involved in enterprise information projects for past few years and in 2005, it imported a semi-automatic production line used in package and finishing. This move increased efficiency with fewer employees.

Considering past success, this year company invested over RMB500,000 to import this automatic production line from Sweden.

Reportedly, while a common clothing production line needs 45 employees, this line requires only 28 workers.

Regular production line can reach over 200 pieces of sports clothes each day, this line has the capacity to exceed the mark of 600 pieces. Meanwhile, working environment here is much more clean and healthy.
