Vertex Spinning's BOD declares dividend

Vertex Spinning Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2007, has decided the following:

1) The Board of Directors has recommended 12% Dividend for the year ended March, 2007 subject to the approval of the Share holders in Annual General Meeting.

2) The Board has discussed the appointment of Merchant Banker for forth coming Right/Public Issue for Dhule Project and appointed M/s. Ashika Capital Ltd. as one of the Merchant Banker. The Board will discuss for appointment of other Merchant Bankers in the future Board Meeting.

3) The Board has appointed its existing Registrar M/s. Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt Ltd as Registrar to the forth coming Right/Public Issue.

The company was incorporated on 12th September 1994, as a Private Limited Company named Vertex Machineries Pvt. Limited vide Certificate number. Subsequently the status of the Company has been changed widely held Public Limited Company.
